Any advance payments made to secure a project slot or commence initial design/development are strictly non-refundable.
For ongoing services such as monthly SEO, server maintenance, or Meta Ads management, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments for the current billing cycle will not be refunded.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where Buildwave Tech fails to deliver the promised core functionalities as explicitly stated in the initial contract.
